He is just so creative, I love the carved out ears on the side. We didn't have any candles, so we never could light them up. But they still look pretty darn good.
Levi was a dinosaur this year. I didn't dress him up last year and I was glad to have a reason of a ward party to do it this year.
Well, the night didn't turn out the greatest though. We went to our church and didn't recognize anyone in the parking lot so we both thought we remembered hearing something about it being at the Stake center. So we drove down there and the party wasn't there either. By now, it had been close to an hour of driving around and we just headed home, very disappointed. On Sunday we found out it had been at our building but it was a combined party with the Samoan Ward, that is why we didn't recognize anyone. It just makes me so mad that we didn't even go inside and check while we were there, we just headed right over to the stake center.
But, oh well! We have a HUGE bowl of candy though that we had expected to pass out at the trunk-or-treat. We also figured that we would have lots of trick-or-treaters at our house after the party so we bought a lot of candy. We only had a single trick-or-treater come to our apartment. So if anybody wants anymore Halloween candy, head over to our place. We are more then willing to share.
