And the work goes on...

Well, I feel like I don't have anything that interesting to say but I figured I needed to try and keep this blog updated with new posts. Today, Brad and I (okay mainly Brad) are working on the basement, getting it ready for us to move our bedroom down there and have it be more of a clean, organized place to hang out more often. The past couple of weeks, Brad has been working on casing and framing all the windows downstairs, they look very nice all finished off. We had a bunch of boxes still packed up with random things that we had to go through and find places for everything. It was a lot of work but we have it mostly done finally.

So now the room that we are going to use as our bedroom is completely cleaned out and Brad has been cutting and painting the baseboard for that room today. He should have all the baseboard up by this evening and then it is moving time for our bedroom. That is going to be a pretty big project because once we move our bedroom downstairs we are going to move Brad's office into that upstairs bedroom and get him all set up to do a lot of work from home for his own clients. He has a lot of office stuff that through our several moves has become very unorganized and messy. He is going to be very happy once we get everything of his set up finally.

As for me, I went baby shopping today, which is always fun!! I think I have just about everything I need now for the baby to come, that is an excellent feeling for me. I bought an infant head rest for our car seat because it didn't come with one, a baby monitor, a bouncer, and several other odds and ends that were needed.

Now I am just waiting patiently (well....sort of) for baby to come. If anyone has noticed, I still just call him "baby." We think the final name is going to be Levi but it still seems weird to call him that. We might just have to wait and see what he looks like. My doctor tells me that I am just right on schedule and that everything looks good. So that is what's going on in our lives!!!
