The Life of Levi

Tomorrow Levi will be 5 weeks old!! Time has gone by so fast and he has grown up so much. He is growing out of his newborn clothes but the next size up is still a little big for him. It has been fun though for him to be able to fit into more clothes so I have more of a variety to dress him in.

We are getting use to being parents but we are not use to the no sleep. Levi has finally gotten into a routine, but it's a routine that we do not approve of. He is awake every night from about 8pm to 1am and he always wants us to be there with him. It makes it so hard when we don't get to bed until that late. And he is still waking up every 2-3 hours after he finally goes to bed, he doesn't have any longer stretches than that. It is fun when he is awake during the day though because he is starting to react to us and he seems to recognize who we are.

This first video I just took today. I am trying to keep him awake more during the day to see if we can get him to go to bed earlier.

This second video was taken several weeks ago on conference weekend. These are the first two grandchildren on the Jackman side.

We are getting really excited for Levi's blessing next week. It is going to be really nice to have a lot of family around and have a fun get-together. We are going to have a little lunch after sacrament meeting at our house with taco soup, everyone is invited to come. Hope to see you there!!
