I've been so busy preparing for Christmas, that I have forgotten to reflect on our great Thanksgiving in Idaho. I don't have any pictures of the actual day, we were too busy putting together a huge delicious Thanksgiving meal. After the feast in Idaho Falls, we packed up all the left-overs and headed to Island Park to enjoy the rest of the week.
There was so much snow up there!!!! It is our tradition to always cut down a Christmas tree the weekend after Thanksgiving, and a lot of times that has to be done by walking and driving pick-ups, but not this year. There was plenty of snow to snowmobile and have fun while we hunt down the perfect tree.
It was bitter cold though so the kids didn't go outside or on rides much, but we did build them a slide to enjoy just outside the cabin.
