Jared turned 2! He is such a joy in our family. As he has gotten older it has been so fun to watch the boys have a blast playing together. Jared is our quirky child. When Levi was this age (and still today) he loved getting attention and he would get it by being crazy and hyper. But Jared on the other hand, has a more calm, subtle, personality but he does the quirkiest, funniest things to make us laugh, he is just silly. He is also very stubborn and persistent.
He loves to copy whatever his older brother is doing. He is obsessed with his Thomas the Train pajamas and if we would let him he would wear them every night. He loves hugs and kisses. He is trying hard to talk and he thinks he knows a lot of words but they are barely distinguishable to us. He is a sweety.

He first got this play food from us and then we told him to close his eyes while his Dad brought in his final gift. . .

Stay tuned for an exciting reveal in a couple weeks. We (I mean Brad) have been hard at work in our backyard all spring making it into a, well, a backyard!! We have done a lot of things to it and we are almost finished, we are just waiting for grass to grow (sounds exciting doesn't it.) But once the final touch of a beautiful lawn appears I will post before and after pictures and brag about all the hard work we have done. (Now that I have announced this, that grass better grow or I will not be happy.) I cannot wait to be able to let my boys free outside in their new backyard!

Your boys are just too cute!!! Love their sunday outfits! I wish Kelsi and Jared could play toy kitchen together...hmmm maybe one day!! How's the pregnancy going? I am so excited for your backyard to be done and ready for the boys to play!! It must be tough to keep them off the "lawn." How fun to have your dad and Debbi come to the birthday! I always long for the days when grandparents will be at my kids' birthdays. not likely, really. Thanks for the update! My kids sure enjoy seeing Levi and Jared pics! See you in July!!!
